Maima Koro

Malo ni Maima Koro is from Tokelau and Samoa. She has over 20 years’ of international development experience in the Pacific at national and regional levels. She has worked in the security, education, health, and governance sectors. Maima has a wealth of knowledge of the Pacific landscape and specialises on the contextualisation of donor-funded initiatives to be of relevance to Pacific environments.

Ali Gillies

Ali Gillies

Ali is the PSC Gender Consultant. During her distinguished career in international development, Ali has held significant roles at Australia's Agency for International Development (AusAID) as well as guiding governance and capacity building policies, NGO programs/humanitarian responses and partnerships between Australia's World Bank, Asian Development Bank and UN peace strategies. As Assistant Director General for AusAID, she led the organisation's fragility and conflict team (a key specialisation), and as Gender Coordinator, steered gender policy for the organisation.

Eliorah (Eli) is the PSC’s Marketing and Communications Officer. She is a PhD candidate with the Department of Pacific Affairs at The Australian National University. Her research is focused on the creation of sustainable film and television practices in the Pacific.

Kalei Billings-Dugu joins PSC from Fiji and has over 10 years’ of development experience in the Pacific region. Prior to joining PSC as a Program Coordinator, Kalei worked at various regional organisations in the Pacific in the fields of project management, capacity development, and organisational governance.
