Cerian has over ten year’s senior management experience in the Australian university sector. Prior to joining PSC as Business Manager, Cerian worked in ANU’s Academic Standards and Quality Office managing transition projects for Third Party Providers.

Maima Koro
Malo ni Maima Koro is from Tokelau and Samoa. She has over 20 years’ of international development experience in the Pacific at national and regional levels. She has worked in the security, education, health, and governance sectors. Maima has a wealth of knowledge of the Pacific landscape and specialises on the contextualisation of donor-funded initiatives to be of relevance to Pacific environments.

Trinity Smallpage
Trinity Smallpage is the Senior Finance Officer at Australia Pacific Security College. Trinity supports the College by monitoring and coordinating incoming and outgoing finance and account enquiries, and assisting with training and organising ANU systems, policies and procedures.

Hugh McClure
Hugh McClure is the Australia Pacific Security College’s Research Officer. In this role, he provides timely and relevant research to the College’s executive, monitors trends in Pacific security and assists in the College’s communications and writing, including writing blogs.

Ali Gillies
Ali is the PSC Gender Consultant. During her distinguished career in international development, Ali has held significant roles at Australia's Agency for International Development (AusAID) as well as guiding governance and capacity building policies, NGO programs/humanitarian responses and partnerships between Australia's World Bank, Asian Development Bank and UN peace strategies. As Assistant Director General for AusAID, she led the organisation's fragility and conflict team (a key specialisation), and as Gender Coordinator, steered gender policy for the organisation.
Eliorah Malifa
Eliorah (Eli) is the PSC’s Marketing and Communications Officer. She is a PhD candidate with the Department of Pacific Affairs at The Australian National University. Her research is focused on the creation of sustainable film and television practices in the Pacific.

Kalei Dugu
Kalei Billings-Dugu joins PSC from Fiji and has over 10 years’ of development experience in the Pacific region. Prior to joining PSC as a Program Coordinator, Kalei worked at various regional organisations in the Pacific in the fields of project management, capacity development, and organisational governance.
